How many players can join an Avorion server?▾
Our plans come with 10, 15 or 20 player slots, and a Custom server can go up to 100.
Can I upload my existing galaxy?▾
Yes. Upload it to the Saves folder through FTP, then create a command line for it in the Gamepanel with the galaxy's exact name. Our galaxy upload guide has every step.
How do I become an admin?▾
Add your Steam ID 64 as an admin. See our admin guide and the admin command list.
How much RAM does an Avorion server need?▾
9 GB is enough for a small group. Bigger fleets, stations and more players exploring different sectors at once use more memory, so the 15 and 20-slot plans come with 12 GB.
Will my server update when Avorion updates?▾
Yes, if you want it to. Set up automatic updates with the scheduler in the Gamepanel, or update manually with one click at any time.
How much does an Avorion server cost?▾
Plans start from $13.53/month for 10 players with 9 GB RAM. For 15 players it's $31.05/month with 12 GB RAM and NVMe Pro storage, or $35.14/month for 20 players. Every plan is also available on our Extreme hardware, and all of them come with a 48-hour free trial.
