Job Overview:

As the Marketing specialist at Pingperfect, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. You will manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media strategies, influencer outreach, and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the sales and development teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience, particularly developers, gamers, and tech enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google AdWords & Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI. Manage budget allocation for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient spend across channels.


• Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Grow and engage our social media audience through regular content, promotions, and community management. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually compelling, on-brand marketing assets. Monitor and analyze social media trends, campaigns, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.


• Outreach & Partnerships: Identify and reach out to potential new developers, influencers, and partners who could benefit from Pingperfect’s services. Build and maintain relationships with developers, gaming communities, and relevant industry figures. Develop and manage affiliate and referral programs, encouraging influencers and partners to promote Pingperfect’s services.


• Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of blog posts, case studies, and newsletters that highlight our services, success stories, and industry trends. Work with the content team to produce engaging copy that speaks to our target audience. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and is aligned with overall marketing strategy.


• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to measure the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Market Research & Strategy Development: Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep Pingperfect at the forefront of innovation. Develop long-term strategies for growth based on data-driven insights and market research.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hosting, gaming, or technology sectors. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major paid advertising platforms. Proven track record in driving successful social media campaigns and generating leads. Experience working with developers, gaming communities, or tech-related audiences is a plus.


• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization. Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media insights). Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp). Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
