The customer support you receive from PingPerfect has yet to be matched in my experience. They will work with you on any server issues, and their response time is incredibly fast considering the scope of clients they service.
I tend to forget to leave feedback, so I apologize for that. But I want everyone to know that the service support I have received from Pingperfect is EXCELLENT! I have only had my game server up for a little over 2 weeks and I sent in over 8 service tickets, but NOT because something was wrong, but because I was a newbie to the game server world. They answered EVERY question in a timely manner and even multiple follow up questions to the SAME ticket. I couldn't be happier with their service. Keep it up you guys!
I have looked at and used many other hosting services in the past, but none of them have even come close to PingPerfect. The level of service for the money I'm spending is awesome.
My experience with PingPerfect has been absolutely amazing, from the quality of the servers to customer support that will go above and beyond to ensure any problem is resolved quickly. Combined with some of the lowest prices I've seen, I wouldn't think of hosting a server with anyone else.
