Our plans come with 4, 12 or 16 player slots, and a Custom server can go up to 64.
How do I change my server settings?▾
Open the config editor for server_config.xml in the Gamepanel. Our configuration guide explains every setting, from the starting island to sharks and vehicle despawning.
How do I add admins or ban players?▾
Add their Steam ID 64 in the admin or ban list in the config editor. Our admin commands guide covers what admins can do in game.
Can I add custom missions?▾
Yes. Our playlists and missions guide shows how.
Why do the bigger plans have higher CPU priority?▾
Big, complex vehicles work the processor hard. Above Normal CPU priority gives the game server the processor ahead of routine background tasks.
How much does a Stormworks server cost?▾
Plans start from $7.35/month for 4 players. For 12 players with NVMe Pro storage and Above Normal CPU priority it's $21.16/month, or $23.93/month for 16 players. Every plan is also available on our Extreme hardware, and all of them come with a 48-hour free trial.
