Log into your game panel
Go to game services > select your server
Take a backup of your current server using the backup world button
Using ftp (http://pingperfect.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=67&t=568) upload the map files into your game mode folder (Creative = Pingperfect, Adventure = PingperfectAdventure)
Click the rebuild database button in your game panel and select the database to rebuild Please note that this will wipe all progress (hence why we used the backup button)
In configuration files > settings.sql type in the name of your custom map and then save the config file
Update the database settings by clicking on the update settings button for your game mode (update Creative Settings for example)
