Make sure you have updated the mod loader mod by uninstalling then re-installing the mod loader from the mod manager
Make sure you have updated the server using steam
Remove all the mod .properties files
Add them back in 1 by one until the server no longer works
Remove that properties file and repeat step 4 & 5 until all are in (except the broken mods)
