I tend to forget to leave feedback, so I apologize for that. But I want everyone to know that the service support I have received from Pingperfect is EXCELLENT! I have only had my game server up for a little over 2 weeks and I sent in over 8 service tickets, but NOT because something was wrong, but because I was a newbie to the game server world. They answered EVERY question in a timely manner and even multiple follow up questions to the SAME ticket. I couldn't be happier with their service. Keep it up you guys!

The support team is very fast. I think it's the fastest support team you will ever get. When it comes to gaming servers. The support team is also very knowledgeable in what they do on every single game. That's freaking impressive. Because they reply within minutes. Not 30 minutes, not 25 minutes. Not even 20 minutes. They reply within about 3 to 5 minutes. That's really impressive.
