I tend to forget to leave feedback, so I apologize for that. But I want everyone to know that the service support I have received from Pingperfect is EXCELLENT! I have only had my game server up for a little over 2 weeks and I sent in over 8 service tickets, but NOT because something was wrong, but because I was a newbie to the game server world. They answered EVERY question in a timely manner and even multiple follow up questions to the SAME ticket. I couldn't be happier with their service. Keep it up you guys!
The customer support you receive from PingPerfect has yet to be matched in my experience. They will work with you on any server issues, and their response time is incredibly fast considering the scope of clients they service.
After opening a ticket, support generally takes like 4 minutes to get back to you, then they respond in real time and keep you updated on what they're doing.
I have looked at and used many other hosting services in the past, but none of them have even come close to PingPerfect. The level of service for the money I'm spending is awesome.
They earned my service. I have been using pingperfect for about 2 years now with various games and I have literally nothing bad to say. I have never had to wait for their assistance if I needed it and their control panel is one of the most user friendly interfaces I have used when it comes to a hosting service.
Every time I have reached out to Support, even with what I would consider a stupid question, they have responded immediately and solved my issue without being judgemental due to my lack of expertise. The server does very well and has a good ping.
