First of all, you need to make sure you have installed Forge and SpongeForge to your server - if you have not, we recommend following our guide here

Download the Sponge Plugin/s you want to use on your server.

You can find a full list of Sponge Plugins from this site: https://ore.spongepowered.org/
Log into your gamepanel.
Click the File Manager.
Press "Upload" then select the Sponge plugins on your PC.
Once the upload has completed, startup your server, it should now be running the Sponge Plugins as well as your Forge Mods.
