It's very easy to enable and disable PVP or your Pingperfect Conan Exiles server - following are the exact steps to take:

Stop your server.
Select 'Configuration Files'
Select "Configuration Editor" next to 'ServerSettings.ini'
Tick the PvP Enabled box to Enable PvP
Untick the PvP Enabled box to turn off PvP and make your server PvE only.
Start your server!
