To disable the Ice Wyverns make the following changes your Game.ini file.

Stop the server.
In the main configuration files open the Text Editor beside Game.ini

Scroll to the bottom and paste in the following line,

NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Ragnarok_Wyvern_Override_Ice_C",ToClassName="")

Save the file.
Start the server.
