Download Battlewarden http://battlewarden.net/downloads and install it
Click on server > connect
Fill in the description (this can be whatever you want), the Host is the IP of your server, the port is the RCON port and the password can be found by clicking the "RCON Details" button in the game panel.
Click Add
Double-click on the description you entered in the left-hand side window
You are now connected to your server and can run commands.
