Open your server folder and then open the server properties file. You can do this in Game panel by going to File manager → Minecraft and clicking the pencil icon beside the server.properties file.
There is an entry for "level-type" which will read "default", or one of the other types (Example: LARGEBIOMES)
Change that entry to BIOMESOP and save the file. Then start your server.
