Go to your game panel, find "query info" e.g. 188.72.167.35:15502

Open the game

Click "Server Manager"

Click "Add Server"

In the IP field, type your IP found before the : in your query info e.g 188.72.167.35

In the port field, type the port found after the : in your query info e.g. 15502

Press "Add"

Now you've claimed your server you can manage it from within the game.
