To have colours in your servername, just follow the steps below
1. In your game panel navigate to configuration files and go into server_config.cfg
2. Find server_name=
3. Add the text you want
To add colour just add ^# before the word (replacing # with 1 - 9)
For example:
to get a servername of Pingperfect Has The Best Servers Worldwide
you would enter find server_name=^1Pingperfect ^2Has ^3The ^4Best ^5Servers ^6Worldwide
4. Save the config
5. Reboot your server
^1 is red
^2 is green
^3 is orange
^4 is dark blue
^5 is light blue
^6 is purple
^7 is white
^8 is gray
^9 is black
