Download Rust Admin (https://www.rustadmin.com/).
Open the program and go to the configuration tab.
Enter your servers IP, Server port, RCON Port and RCON password (these are shown within the RCON details button in the game panel).
Click save next to configuration at the bottom of the page.
Click server at the top of the page (next to the rust admin icon) then click connect.
