All machines that game services run on are rebooted twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. (Tuesday for Australia based servers)
This is performed between 05:00AM and 07:00AM server time, respective of each location.
These reboots will result in your service being stopped and unavailable until the process is completed.
