As of Update 11, ECO now requires that users provide servers with login credentials of an account that owns the game in order for online functionality, such as the server list and coins to work.
Firstly, ensure you have an account here: https://play.eco/login
The account must own a copy of the game, or be linked to a Steam account that owns a copy of the game. If you are unable to use such an account, you'll need to run the game in offline mode. We have a guide covering enabling this here: Enabling Offline Mode
Enabling Online Mode
- Click the Commandline Manager button in the main gamepanel page for your service.
- Click "Select" next to the predefined command line named "Online"
- Enter the username and password for the https://play.eco/login website in the provided username and password boxes.
- Click Apply
If the service was running, it will now automatically restart with the new settings applied. The game will start correctly if the username and password provided are valid and own a copy of the game.
