If the issue comes up that players cannot see the server listed, even if the owner is saying they can connect and see the server but no one else can, try the following:
1 - In game panel navigate to Configuration Files > Network.eco (Server name / Public settings) [Configuration Editor]
2 - Make sure "Server visible in server list?" is ticked and save (save even if it was already ticked)
3 - Reboot the server, the server should now show.
