To edit the amount of players that can join your server at any one time follow the steps below

Open your game panel and navigate to your service.
Click on configuration files and then click configuration editor next to network.eco
Edit the max slots value to what you want (i.e. 20 would be max people on the server at any one time would be 20)
Save the config.
Restart your service.
