I needed a change to my contract on the server I have with Pingperfect. This change required that I communicate with the customer service department. Having heard lots of horror stories about the customer service of server host companies I did not expect much.
What I experienced was fast, polite communication from what seemed like a dedicated account person ( or they all use the same name?) They seemed knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed to get done. so after several messages back and forth over 48 hours the whole issue was resolved and the server all setup and running how I wanted it at an acceptable price.
If this is the normal service from this company then I cant see them loosing customers over bad service.
All in all I can't fault Alex and the team on the service I received. Thanks.
