Stop your server.
Click "Change Server Version/Branch" function in the gamepanel.
Select the version you desire to run on your server (Either 64 bit, Development or prerelease)
Press Execute in the top left.
If you have changed to the 64 bit version, you also need to click the "Change executable for 64 bit" function.
