To edit the amount of players that can join your server at any one time follow the steps below

Open your game panel and navigate to your service
Click on file manager and navigate to Configs
Click the pencil icon next to Ecosim.eco
Find the line "SkillGainRate": 1.0, and edit the value to what you want (i.e. 20 would be max people on the server at any one time would be 20, -1 means unlimited)
Save the config
Restart your service.
