If your HUD (Heads up display) has gone, you've more than likely pressed Del on the numpad by accident. This will put you into first person mode and remove your HUD.
At the moment the only way to put the HUD back is to exit the server you are playing on and rejoin it. Pressing Del again does not currently bring it back.
