Stop the server.
Click "Configuration Files" in your gamepanel.
Click "Text-Editor"
Find the line ServerMap=Panjura
Change it to ServerMap=Island
Press "Save" or "Save and Exit" in the top left.
Startup your server.

Please remember that mods may not be compatible with the new map!
