You can find your current world seed by using the /seed command in-game (you must be an Operator/OP to do this)

To change your server's seed do the following:

  1. Stop your server.
  2. If you want to keep your old world click the "Save & Backup World" button in the game panel.
  3. Open the File Manager and delete the world folder (if your server is modded you will have to delete world_nether and world_the_end)
  4. Click "Configuration Files" in the game panel and then click "Config Editor" next to server.properties
  5. Find the textbox next to "Seed" and enter your desired seed.
  6. Save the file in the top left and startup your server
  7. You can confirm the server is running the correct seed by running the /seed command mentioned earlier.
