If your server doesn't load after a restart and you're running CSMM on your server check to see if the logs are stuck at something similar to the following. (Click Web Console in Game panel to see logs.)
[CSMM Patrons] Starting clean up of player databases.
If the logs are stuck there please try deleting the statistics folder. This will allow the server to create a new one.
