In the custom command line manager of your game panel tick the box to the left of the following
Map
Total Conversion Mod
In the box next to Map select the one you want to use (If its one that doesn't come with the game also tick MapmodID and fill that in as well)
In the box next to Total Conversion Mod enter 111111111
Save the custom command line then select it.
Your server is now running primitive plus!!
