If you have followed guides on how to upload mods onto your server, but they are still not appearing in game, it might be an outdated mono.security.dll file.

To test this, go to your control panel, click on the File Manager button and download your oxide log to check for the following error:

    12:13 [Info] Loading extensions... 12:13 [Error] Failed to load extension Oxide.CSharp (TypeLoadException: Could not load type of field 'System.Net.HttpWebRequest:tlsProvider' (51) due to: Could not resolve type with token 01000045 (from typeref, class/assembly Mono.Security.Interface.MonoTlsProvider, Mono.Security, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=0738eb9f132ed756) assembly:Mono.Security, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=0738eb9f132ed756 type:Mono.Security.Interface.MonoTlsProvider member:(null) signature:<none>) at Oxide.Plugins.PluginCompiler.CheckCompilerBinary () [0x00074] in <b918fd1a0b65418e85c0cd454ff00f08>:0 at Oxide.Plugins.CSharpPluginLoader..ctor (Oxide.Plugins.CSharpExtension extension) [0x0001d] in <b918fd1a0b65418e85c0cd454ff00f08>:0 at Oxide.Plugins.CSharpExtension.Load () [0x00000] in <b918fd1a0b65418e85c0cd454ff00f08>:0 at Oxide.Core.Extensions.ExtensionManager.LoadExtension (System.String filename, System.Boolean forced) [0x00159] in <c4760460410a4a11809c1c757af3728a>:0

This error pretty much confirms it is probably an outdated mono.security.dll file.
To fix it please perform the following:

Delete the mono.security.dll file from your file manager and then run a steam update.
