    PID(0)

When getting PID(0) before raising a support ticket there are a couple of things you can try:

    1. Check your config files - If you have made changes to the games config files rule out this as an issue by reverting to the default config files.
    2. Check your command line - Make sure there are no mistakes in your custom command line.
    3. If the server is a Minecraft server ensure you have the relevant JAR file.
    4. Re-install the service (ensure to back up any save files).

If you have done all the above and still have issues, please submit a support ticket via your client area, and let us know you have tried the steps from this guide.
