-Go to your game files: (Select game in Steam, 'Manage', 'Browse Local Files')
-Set local Admin to each exe in game dir:
-- DayZ_BE.exe
-- DayZ_x64.exe
-- DayZDiag_x64.exe
-- DayZLauncher.exe
-- DayZUninstaller.exe
Process to set each of the above exe as admin:
- Right click exe, 'Properties', 'Compatibility' tab, 'Run this program as an administrator'
If that does not work, please try the following:
- Go to your game files: (Select game in Steam, 'Manage', 'Browse Local Files')
- Double click "Uninstall_BattlEye.bat"
- Restart your PC
- Go to your game files: (Select game in Steam, 'Manage', 'Browse Local Files')
- Double click "Install_BattlEye.bat"
If that does not work, please try the following:
- Open the game's launcher
- Go to the battle eye option
- Check the box that says you agree to the rules.
- Then there is a confirm or agree button at the very bottom of the box that pops up
- You may have to click and drag the box up, so you can see it.
