Stop your server.

Click "Configuration Files"

Click "Text Editor" next to "server.json"

Find this section:

"CreativeGlobal": true,
"SuperDampeners": true
}
}

Change "CreativeGlobal": true,

to

"CreativeGlobal": false,

Save the file

Start your server
