How To Upgrade or Downgrade a Service Print

If you head over to the following link https://pingperfect.com/clientarea.php?action=products and click on the service you wish to upgrade you should be able to see a button near the bottom of the sidebar that says "upgrade/downgrade options".

If you click this you should then be able to choose the additional options you desire, simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Once payment has been received that will then automatically be applied to your service, or if you are downgrading the credit will be immediately returned to your PingPerfect account balance.

If you are upgrading in the middle of a billing cycle, you will only pay the pro rata cost (that is the cost of the upgrade for the days remaining of the current billing cycle) when you perform the upgrade. Then you will pay the full cost of the upgrade when the next billing cycle starts.

Please note, if you wish to change the location or performance tier of your server this is possible, however you must contact us to perform this for you.
