In your game panel, click Configuration Files.
Open the Configuration Editor for the "pingperfect.xml".
Scroll down to the Security Settings section, here you should see a dropdown menu to enable/disable Telnet as well as the ability to change your Telnet password
Change the dropdown menu selection to "Enable Telnet", you can then configure your password as desired
Save your changes, these will then be in effect the next time your server is started
