Stop server.
Click "Configuration Files".
Click Text-editor next to 'PCServer-UDKEngine.ini'
Find '[IpDrv.TcpNetDriver]' then underneath where it says:
NetServerMaxTickRate=60.0
LanServerMaxTickRate=60.0

Change the values after the equals to your desired tick rate
Save the file in the top left, and start up your server.
