Maintenance Reboots

All machines that game services run on are rebooted twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. These reboots will result in your service being stopped and unavailable until the process is completed.

These reboots are crucial to ensure that security patches and software maintenance is performed, allowing your services to remain secure and running as fast as they can.

Please note, additional reboots may be required at times to resolve issues. We apologise for any inconvenience these cause.
