Regarding the "mp_teamplay 1", there is a bug right now that the server list will say "Shootout" instead of "Team Shootout" for your server - unless you also put "mp_teamplay 1" in either your command-line ("+mp_teamplay 1"), or in your autoexec.cfg file (if you use autoexec.cfg to minimize what you need to put on the command-line).
