7 Days to Die | How to: update to alpha 16 from the experimental branch


To update your server to the Official Alpha 16 release follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your game is out of the beta branch. (Choose NONE - Opt out of all beta programs)
  2. Click Beta Update button.
  3. Type public and click Execute

  4. After the update completes, go to the configuration files section and click on configuration editor next to Pingperfect.xml

  5. Make sure the only version checked is Alpha 16 and Save.

  6. Go back to the main page and hit the restart button

**NOTE** You should always start a fresh world with a new update, you can do this by clicking the "Reset World" button.
