- Open the 'Configuration Files' section from your control panel.
- Select the 'Text Editor' option next to 'Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\Game.ini'

MaxPasswordAttempts=3 //Set the amount of incorrect attempts someone can perform when trying to login to RCON before they are banned
IncorrectPasswordBanTime=30 //The amount of time someone will be banned from your server if they enter the RCON password incorrectly the amount of times set in the line above
