Navigate to your control panel.
Select "Configuration Files"
Press "Text Editor" next to pingconfig.txt
Find the line: motd=Welcome to another Pingperfect.com Server
After the "=" symbol, type in your server message.
For example, motd=This is John's Terraria Mobile Server - No mods , Expert difficulty.
Restart your server.
Now, when player's join your server, your updated server message (in the case of the example) This is John's Terraria Mobile Server - No mods , Expert difficulty will be displayed.
