If you are experiencing lag try doing some suggestions below

Close your Mini-map
Keep stockpiles below 60%
Do not craft from station to stockpile that will fill stock pile over 60%
Make sure what is set to craft will not over fill stock pile
Limit claims
No excavators.
Dismantle any stockpile 'transport' or 'elevator' exploits.
These "fast" inventory moving exploits are causing crushing lag on servers
Do not use regenaLayer command.
