As Primal Carnage uses a strange config setup and is not able to set ports via command line you MUST follow this after a re-installation/install/steam update
1. Find what your ports are supposed to be
2. Go to configuration files → PrimalCarnageGame\Config\PCServer-PrimalCarnageEngine.ini
Find these 3 lines
Port=7777
PeerPort=7778
QueryPort=27015
3. Replace the port number in the config with the ones you have in step 1 (Peer port is just your connection info port +1)
