Fix
- Shut down the server first
- Connect via HeidiSQL
- Right click database --> Maintenance --> Bulk Table Editor --> Tick "Change default collation" --> Select "utf8_unicode_ci"
- Press Update, and wait.
- Once done, start server and issue is resolved.
Fix 2
- Shut down the server first
- Connect via HeidiSQL
- Open the heraldic_charges table & then click Options
- Set the Collation of rows #4 (position) and #5 (size) from utf8_unicode_ci to utf_general_ci - press save at the bottom
- Above the column information, change the default collation from utf8_unicode_ci to utf_general_ci - press save at the bottom
