DayZ | How to change map to Frostline (Sakhal)

Follow this guide to set your DayZ Game Server to use the new Frostline (Sakhal) map.

This map is DLC, and therefore requires any connecting player to own the DLC in order to connect to your server.

1. Stop/shutdown your server.
   
   
2. Only required if you purchased your server before 15th October 2024:
   
   Click "Update your server from Steam"... wait for the process to finish!
   
   
3. Open Configuration Files.
   
   
4. Click "Configuration Editor" next to the file named serverDZ.cfg


5. You should see a dropdown box labelled "Mission"... Change the value to dayzOffline.sakhal


6. Press save in the top left.
   
   
7. Startup your server.

Your server should now be running Frostline (Sakhal)!
