To direct connect to the server using the IP and Port, you will need to do the following.

In-Game click Play.
Click Play Online.
Click Find Servers. (bottom right)
Click Display all Servers & Settings. (top middle)
Click Direct Connect. (Bottom middle)
Find the IP address and Port beside "Connection Info" in your Gamepanel. Example: 246.199.58.66:40001
Copy & Paste or type the connection info into the box that says "IP[:Port]/ServerID"
Click Connect.
If you have added a server password, you will be prompted to enter your password next. Click connect again once you've entered your server password.

Then just wait for the connection process to finish, and you're good to go.
