If maps are blank on your server this usually means you have filled out the map image URL and meta world URL when creating your cluster map.
To fix this follow the steps below
1. Open your game panel and for each server go to Configuration files > ServerGrid.json
2. In each file find the 2 lines below
"MapImageURL": "http://arkdedicated.com/atlaspreview.jpg",
"MetaWorldURL": "http://atlasdedicated.com/xkvLdhsedgtethjdfgdfghceSobwBma/ServerGrid",
3. Change them so they look like this
"MapImageURL": "",
"MetaWorldURL": "",
4. Save the files then stop your slave servers wait until they have stopped then stop your master server
5. Start your master server, wait 5 minutes then start your slave servers
The issue should now be resolved
