Install it to your computer then navigate to the "Server Settings" Tab
Make sure to select Telnet then put in these details
Host IP: your server's IP (NOT PORT AS WELL)
Host Port: Click the Telnet / Web console details button in your game panel
Host Password: The telnet password you have set in your config through our game panel. Make sure to press enter after you have put in the password
Hit connect
You should now be connected to your server and can run any command you want
