In order to create a scheduled message (perhaps to announce a scheduled restart) just follow the steps below:
1. In your game panel navigate to your game service.
2. Go to the scheduled tasks tab.
3. Click new and select Console/RCON command and click new.
4. Type in your rcon password.
5. Enter this as the command "enablecheats yourrconpassword here Broadcast whatyouwanttosayhere" (minus the " " and replace the yourrconpassword and whatyouwanttosayhere sections)
6. Set the schedule and click save.
