When you install torch essentials is installed alongside it, essentials comes with a MOTD (Message of the Day) feature which has been filled in with an example of what you can do with it, to change the MOTD / disable the discord pop up simply follow the steps below
1. Navigate to configuration files within your game panel
2. Open Essentials.cfg
3. Locate <MotdUrl>https://discord.gg/0rJKrY3VlElvGXwv</MotdUrl>
4. Change the discord URL to your discord link or remove it entirely (e.g. <MotdUrl></MotdUrl> )
5. Save the config
6. Restart your server
