Fix

Shut down the server first
Connect via HeidiSQL
Right click database --> Maintenance --> Bulk Table Editor --> Tick "Change default collation" --> Select "utf8_unicode_ci"
Press Update, and wait.
Once done, start server and issue is resolved.

Fix 2

Shut down the server first
Connect via HeidiSQL
Open the heraldic_charges table & then click Options
Set the Collation of rows #4 (position) and #5 (size) from utf8_unicode_ci to utf_general_ci - press save at the bottom
Above the column information, change the default collation from utf8_unicode_ci to utf_general_ci - press save at the bottom
